Orders re-typed three times before they're real?
PDF in. Excel out. Or one click into the queue. Zero re-entry.
WHAT WE BUILD
Chukwu Core is the foundation module of the Chukwu operating system. It kills order re-entry forever. Today most wholesale operators have buyers placing orders through 4–7 different channels — and a human re-types each one into QuickBooks, Apparel Magic, a pick sheet, an accounting file. Sometimes 3 times before the order is considered real. Chukwu Core ingests every channel automatically, normalizes the data, applies your per-account negotiated pricing, catches duplicate POs before they ship, and drops a clean structured order into the rest of the Chukwu stack (or your existing ERP). The PDF → Excel converter inside Core is built for the messy reality of wholesale: every retailer sends a different PDF format, and you can't ask Walmart or Hudson's Bay to standardize for you. So Core uses positional table reconstruction (every text run captured with its X/Y on the page, then clustered into rows and columns) to detect tables on any PDF — text-based or scanned. You then map any detected column to any Excel column, with optional regex / after-label / line-number / literal / expression sources for fields that aren't in a table (PO #, buyer, ship-to, cancel-by). One-click auto-detect tags the wholesale primitives (style / qty / unit price). Save the mapping as a template and the next PO from that same buyer is converted in one click — or pushed straight into the order queue without ever opening Excel. Your founder stops re-typing orders at 11pm. Your sales reps stop being data-entry clerks. This is almost always the first module we deploy because it unblocks every downstream module.
