Chukwu was built by someone who has done the work on a warehouse floor.
THE FOUNDER
A couple summers ago I was picking orders on Rue Chabanel. Every morning: a stack of handwritten slips, wrong sizes pulled, wrong quantities shipped, workers backtracking across the floor. Then I moved into showroom coordination. Different problem, same root cause. Checking a style number meant opening multiple spreadsheets and databases one by one, cross-referencing manually. Slow, nobody had time for it.
I built two fixes. A digital picking system for the warehouse floor lets workers detect style numbers directly from tags with any phone. Inventory updates in real time and errors drop to zero. No barcodes or special hardware. The showroom tool uses the same direct style detection to search every database at once.
That became CHUKWU. B.Eng. Computer Engineering. A.Sc. Computer Science. Three-person team. We take on a small number of projects and we deliver every one.
